Tom Horton received his Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license in 2004 and the Texas Real
Estate Brokers license in 2007. Tom sells land and anything agricultural. He started Horton
Neely Realtors, LLC in 2015 with his wife Cindy and son Jacob Neely. Tom acts as the
Supervisory Broker in the Amarillo office and the Texas Panhandle. Horton Neely started with 3
realtors in 2015 and now has 3 offices and 34 realtors and brokers. In 2020 all offices combined

Cindy Horton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cindy Horton is a licensed Texas Real Estate agent and is an owner in Horton Neely Realtors. She worked for many years in the non-profit world which gave her a love for people and prepared her to provide excellent service to her clients. Cindy also had a room re-arranging business which involved helping clients decorate and arrange their belongings in a way that enhanced their home. That knowledge enables her to give clients great advice in preparing their home to sell and assisting buyers in seeing the potential in homes they desire to purchase. She loves everything real estate, has a desire to help people fulfill their dreams, and will be there for you from start to finish in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacob Neely is the Designated Broker of Horton Neely Realtors, LLC and resides in Allen, TX. He is the Supervisor of the DFW and Granbury offices and has lived in various parts of the DFW Metroplex since 2006. He received his Texas Brokers License in 2012, and joined together with Tom Horton and Cindy Horton to establish Horton Neely Realtors in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenis Sisco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lenis Sisco is an owner of Horton Neely with extensive experience in working with others in various organizations during her career. Her primary focus for many years was her children and family but she has also served in many leadership roles during that time. Her background includes a long term financial and administrative role at her church, President of a home owners association, President of various school PTA’s and President of the Amarillo Area Council PTA. She has also served on the WTAMU Buffalo Club Board and was the Intercession Director for South Georgia Elementary for several years.  Her extensive leadership experience will allow her to manage the home buying and selling process and provide excellent guidance to her clients.

Lenis Sisco has lived in Amarillo her entire life with her husband of 33 years. They have three adult children and welcomed their first grandchild in 2013. Lenis is excited to apply her experience to her new real estate challenge and is looking forward to helping clients find the perfect home for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
